* Photographs may not be scanned, copied, or reproduced without written permission.
* Photographs may not be used as part of another work without written permission.
* Photographs may not be displayed in public, commercially, or promotionally without written permission.

Written permission is required for usage of images in any commercial or promotional capacity. In general, this permission is given in the form of a written contract, signed by both parties.

Images which have been licensed to individuals or organizations for promotional / commercial use or for any public display require the inclusion of proper photo credit to the photographer. This must be included with every displayed image. This is part of the photo use agreement. Failure to include proper photo credit with images is a breach of contract. Buying prints, album or photo CD with files or receiving any example proof images via email or any other media does not give the purchaser or receiver the right to scan, copy, distribute, or commercially or promotionally use the image. This is in accordance with federal copyright laws.

Failure to observe copyright laws may result in prosecution.
